I came home one evening to a very hot house, the thermostat read 85 degrees. I called Jackson Heating and Air Conditioning to come out. They were out within 20 minutes and got me going. Mr. Barry and his team are professional, prompt and well trained. I will not use anyone else, and recommend you use them as well.

We just moved to Jackson and the heater on our new house went down on New Years Day. Called JHAC and he came right out and was actually able to get the part that afternoon and get our heat going again. 5 star service for sure.

Since my equipment was just installed last week I wont comment on that. but as far as service. They showed up on time, got right to work despite the rain and got my new unit installed just before a major cold freeze. I plan on always using these guys.

I don't remember the last time I had such a positive experience from a Company! Two days ago I woke up to very cold temperatures in the middle of the night, and discovered that my heating unit was not working. I called first thing in the morning and they were there by 11 AM to check out the unit.Long story short, but the problem warranted replacement, so after a very thorough process of measuring my home in order to pick the right unit for my house they scheduled the installation for a few days later, however they knew I was off work for a few days due to the holiday and would not be available on the day they wished to install, so they reworked their schedule and showed up the next day on New Years Eve and worked hard to get it all installed right away (including new gas lines and a new water heater which I had installed as well)They were very professional, always explaining everything they were doing, always took care to wear booties when entering the home to protect my floors and were very fair, fast, and efficient.So far the performance of my new equipment is working great and I couldn't be more pleased, thanks for such a great job, I will be a customer for years to come!

Our unit went out several months ago. It was 30yrs old and down for the count. Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning replaced it quickly, professionally and at a reasonable cost. We have been pleased with lower JEA bills ever since. Today we had our first preventative maintenance. The technician, Nathan, was on time, professional and courteous. I was impressed by everything the check up included. We’ve had other companies in the past that would come clean (hose out grass, dirt etc) and check leaks. I can’t recall one that was longer than maybe 30 min. Nathan not only removed panels to clean and inspect but even went under the house to check ducts. Glad we signed up for the maintenance plan.

New resident in the area. The owner BW White came out to do my service. He found the problem quickly and had the part on hand. He even took showed me to worn out component and went through his diagnostic with the voltmeter. After that we chit-chatted about life, family and business for 15 minutes. Great guy great service. I signed up for they service plan program immediately!

Our central heat and air unit went out over the holiday weekend. It was a really hot dayThey installed a standby unit within an hour of my phone call that worked until they delivered the new unit a few days later. They were very professional and the unit is working well.* * * Update June 29, 2018Our c,h and air unit was not cooling properly and was running much longer than normal to keep it close to cool enough.John Brown ( yes, its his real name) came and thoroughly checked the unit. He cleaned the large intake and that fixed the problem. They could have over charged us but they did not. In fact that service was free because we are members of their service club.Competent and good people.....

The folks at Jackson Heating & Air that I have dealt with (Barry, Ryan and Tonya) have all exceeded expectations. Ryan came out to check out an issue with my system as well as install a new thermostat. When an issue arose the next day, through no fault of mine or Ryan's, Barry stated he could have someone there when I could be there, no matter what time. Ryan came back out that afternoon and quickly had the issue resolved. Jackson Heating & Air treats their customer in a way that most have forgotten, and for that they get a KUDOS!...If your heating or cooling system needs to be checked out or needs service give them a call, you won't be disappointed!

Boy are we glad that we found Jackson Heating!!! We had been noticing a squealing noise in the furnace for some time. We have been in the house for over 5 years and never had someone out. I found Jackson's website and decided to schedule an appointment for them to fix the noise and give us a good old once over on the furnace. Well, the technician came out to the house and he had this fancy camera system that he put in the furnace. I could see what was deep inside the furnace and I could not believe my eyes when we saw a huge rusted hole right in the furnace. The technician mentioned that this part is the part that holds all the bad gases like carbon monoxide. When he mentioned that, I just about fainted because my daughter had recently complained about headaches. We asked them how soon they could replace the furnace and he answered with exactly what I wanted to hear...today. We had the new furnace installed and we were so relieved that this potential disaster was averted by Jackson's amazing camera. Oh and I talked to my neighbor who had just replaced his furnace too, and asked him how much he paid. I just smiled when he told me he paid $800 more than me 🙂

These people were saviors this past holiday weekend! When the furnace goes out and you have out of town guests, you want it fixed fast and that is what Jackson Heating and AC did! We called and there was someone at our home in just a few hours. He got the furnace operating quickly and our wonderful long weekend with our family was not ruined! The repair was also very reasonably priced. Thank you Jackson Heating and AC, you have a customer for life!

I was so impressed with the Jackson Heating and Air Conditioning. We have a summer home in Jackson...on one of the warmest days of the year we came back to our home to discover our air conditioning was not working. We called Jackson and they promptly sent over a technician, our air conditioning was working again within a very short time frame (thankfully!). The technician was very friendly and professional, as was the receptionist when we initially called.
